Conferences & Presentations
Our staff attorneys and Joanne frequently teach educational seminars, including continuing legal education (CLE), throughout the country—both webinars and in person. We present to state bars, elder law groups, estate planning councils, trial lawyer associations, law firms, financial institutions, and family organizations.
If you are interested in having CCT present to your organization, please contact CCT’s Business Development Manager, Liz Reid, at lreid@trustCCT.org or call 804-476-2116. She will gladly share our presentation topics and collaborate with you to ensure the content aligns with your audience’s interests. A list of our upcoming presentations is included at the end of this newsletter.
Additionally, the CCT website is a valuable resource. We have videos that explain pooled trusts and articles that our staff have had published in outside publications. We have our National Resource Guide, which provides information on resources for our clients and their loved ones. Furthermore, each trust webpage (first-party, third-party, and settlement preservation) includes information on the Joinder Agreement, Master Trust Agreement, fee schedule, disbursement manual, and more.
