Our staff attorneys and Joanne frequently teach educational seminars, including continuing legal education (CLE), throughout the country—both webinars and in person. We present to state bars, elder law groups, estate planning councils, trial lawyer associations, law firms, financial institutions, and family organizations.

Furthermore, each trust webpage (first-party, third-party, and settlement preservation) includes information on the Joinder Agreement, Master Trust Agreement, fee schedule, disbursement manual, and more.
